Key Structural Engineer for the preliminary design of the York Bridge replacement over the Sammamish River and adjacent trails for the King County Department of Transportation, in Redmond, Washington State, USA. Proposed the aesthetic and economical arch alternative that was selected for the final bridge type. Assisted the King County Public Art Program in the selection of an artist for the project and coordinated design efforts between artwork and engineering. Created preliminary cost estimates for bridge alternatives and assisted with preparation of design reports. Performed preliminary engineering and detailing of bridge.
