Project manager, designer, and Engineer of Record for the installation of a fiber optic utility across two bridges spanning a river and a state highway for Fluor Global Corporation, in Tukwila, Washington State, USA.  Site constraints required placement of fiber optic line on the outside face of one bridge requiring special details for lateral stability. Also provided assistance preparing permits to perform work on an existing bridge over a state highway and a river.
